We plan to kick off the new session with our usual Family Scavenger Hunt and BBQ on Saturday, 3 September. For those of you wishing to take up the Scavenger Hunt challenge, you’ll be able to collect your instructions/clues from the Scout Hall at 3pm. All entries need to be returned by 5pm with the winning team announced during the BBQ. Food and drink will be served between 5pm and 6pm.
You are welcome to join us for this even if you are not taking part in the Scavenger Hunt. It’s a great chance to meet the leaders and other families. Beer, wine and soft drinks will be available. There is no charge for this fun event although there will be an opportunity to make a small donation to help cover the cost of food and drink. More information will be sent during the summer with details on how to book your place.
