Behind the scenes of every adventure, every badge earned and every laugh around the campfire, you’ll find Group Lead Volunteers. These are the inspiring Leaders who make sure everything runs smoothly, safely and inclusively.
As a Group Lead Volunteer, you’ll head up the Group Leadership Team, who make sure volunteers have what they need to teach skills for life and bring adventure to our young people.
Whether it’s creating a positive vibe, supporting volunteers, juggling projects, or spotting new talent, as a Group Lead Volunteer, you’ll use our ready-made tools and local support to help your fellow volunteers shine.
