The volunteering landscape has changed. The National Council for Voluntary Organisations has found that since the pandemic, people are less likely to commit to an ongoing commitment, but flexible opportunities are more attractive and accessible to people working full time and raising families in particular.
Ultimately, our aim is to prepare more young people with skills for life. More hands = more opportunity.
