There are a few key things that the Group Chair is responsible for, such as chairing our Trustee Board.
As for the rest of our governance, our trustees work closely together and you’ll never be left doing it alone.
Allocated tasks for the Group Chair:
- Lead the Trustee Board.
- Plan when Trustee Board meetings should take place, and decide what to talk about at each meeting.
- Chair Trustee Board meetings and the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
- Liaise with the leadership team.
- Support other Trustees by providing a warm welcome and checking in to see how they’re getting ons.
